The team is overseen by Chris Yates, a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
A pension transfer specialist, Chris founded Reality Compliance in 2011 and has 26 years of compliance experience from a wide variety of compliance roles. He has dealt directly with the regulator and acted as a ‘Skilled Person’ on numerous occasions. Chris plays an active role to ensure that our solutions meet the ever changing regulatory requirements.

Sarah Haigh
Senior Paraplanner
Sarah manages the team and has 27 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has a wide breadth of industry and product knowledge.
Sarah previously worked as an officer manager for a chartered financial planning firm for 10 years and is used to the demands of running a busy office, whilst overseeing the general workflow and staff development.
